What makes us different is our personalised in helping people and families into this journey to become economically and financially secure. We achieve this by “holding your hand” onto and through the journey to financial security using our bespoke tools on stock market investing such as books, webinars, master classes, newsletters, investment club and personalised one-on-one mentoring on how to invest in the stock market.

To date, we have assisted between 100-200 individuals begun their journey to economic and financial security, in the UK, Ghana, USA and Canada, and have over 50 members in our investment club.​
A& F Capital Advisors was founded by Aloysius Yongbi Fontama. Aloysius Yongbi Fontama is a British investment professional, educator, entrepreneur, and author, widely recognized for his commitment to helping individuals achieve academic, financial, and personal transformation. His work bridges the fields of finance, education, and technology with global impact.
He is the Founder and Director of A&F Capital Advisors Ltd, Mr. Fontama has trained and coached more than 150 households across the UK, US, Canada, and Ghana to start and carry on with their journey towards economic security and financial freedom through his personalised coaching sessions, master classes and work shops.
He is the author of “How to Invest in the Stock Market and Make Money” with over 110 reviews on Amazon rated 4.4 on 5.
Mr Fontama also leads an active investment club of over 55 members.
He also shares regular stock market insights through his “Stock Picking” Newsletter and Stock Picking Blog.

Mr. Fontama holds an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), an MEd in Education from the University of Sunderland, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and a BSc in Chemistry. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, blending technical expertise with a passion for learning.
As an author, he has published additional titles including “How to Secure an Apprenticeship in Line with Your Passion” and “BTEC Level 3 in Health and Social Care”, both available on Amazon. He is also a Director of Canaan Care Ltd, contributing to healthcare staffing solutions across the UK, US, and Ghana.
Mr. Fontama’s professional journey and impact have earned him recognition from Bayes Business School, where he was featured as part of their Black History Month alumni spotlight.
Mr. Fontama has also received numerous accolades for his leadership and impact. Notably, he was honored with the Career Nuggets Inspirational Person of the Year Award, recognizing his dedication to empowering others through education, mentorship, and financial literacy.
